A leading manufacturer of medical devices company is looking for a Service Manager for the South Asia region.

about the job

Managing and providing leadership to the service team members and distributors to ensure the team's objectives and service KPIs are met.

Manage all external service providers and develop service contracts.

Maintaining strong customer relationships by providing efficient problem solving.

Providing customers with product information and technical solutions.

Implementing improvements to optimize business operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to support the customers in the region.

skills & experience required

Armed with a Bachelor degree, you should possess 5 years of experience with leadership and technical support in medical equipment service industry.
