Our client is a global leader in the automated industry. As a result of continued success, they are looking for a Service Manager to lead the business in its next phase of growth.
about the job
Your responsibility includes:
- Develops and drives the local Service Activities with a modern and innovative mindset, including after sales activities linked to newly sold machines, sales opportunities linked to the installed base
- Manage the team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of field service, parts supply, and technical support, with the objective of customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, documentations and whenever required, support field salesperson for related customer communication
- Provide technical assistance, specification review and support to sales staff on technical presentation
skills & experience required
- As a successful applicant, you will have experience in leading a team, knowledge in electromechanical equipment, experience in service/troubleshooting/installation of machinery
- At least 5 years of experience working in a MNC (preferably wire processing machinery) is required for this role.
