about the job

• Lead new projects, new MEWP launch, or new SI/process implementation
• Support system warranty standby
• Set SMART goals related to employees and ensure their achievement through regular follow up
• Manage activity through monthly meetings, periodic individual interview or meeting, annual interview
• Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule
• Participate and manage the new product release process as required
• Be the warranty and OI/NI referent for the zone
• Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects
• Make timely reporting of issues and problems

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Min 8 years of service experience in heavy / mining machinery
• Experience dealing with mining equipment brand such as Komatsu,Caterpillar,Hitachi & XCMG will be a plus
• Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
• Customer-oriented mentality and excellent client servicing skills
• Willing to be based permanently in Papua New Guinea (3 year contract) - accomodation & transport provided
