about the job

  • Schedule the service activities for service technicians
  • Assign service tasks to appropriate service engineer, track status and implement customer satisfaction survey
  • Schedule timely service scheduling and ensuring all parties are kept informed
  • Schedule service work to optimize travel and accommodation costs
  • Be the primary customer and staff contact person and liaison officer for all service work bookings
  • Develop an annual service calendar and proactively contact all end users to renew service contracts
  • Handle the service tools (recalibration, replacements)

skills & experience required

  • Degree / Diploma in business / engineering / biomedical / life science or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of experience in machine / equipment servicing activity scheduling and planning support
  • Experienece working in medical / lifescience industry will be a plus
  • Proficient in using SAP system
  • Customer service orientated
  • Experience in issuing of quotation & report submission
