As the Service Support Specialist of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Providing valuable support to the Service Team by actively monitoring the PM Service Contract base.
Evaluating and scheduling the monthly workload for each Preventive Maintenance.
Working closely with the service team and together driving the business results by managing internal and external stakeholders.
Effectively managing the spare part store, inventory management and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be working closely with the service team.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 2 years of service experience. Candidates with prior field experience in medical devices repair will be preferred.
