- Process orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing accurately
- Resolve all issues relating to order fulfilment
- Provide Risk Management on orders and sales backlog
- SAP Ordering Process and close collaboration with Global Operations team
- Ensure backlog is managed efficiently with no past due status
- Close monitoring of all backlogs to expedite deliveries on timely manner
- Import and Export. Ins
- Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipment and on time delivery
- Inventory and warehouse daily activities
- Customers management including enquiries, orders, payments, and all customer services related areas to follow up to closure
- Inventory management and delivery planning
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Logistic / Supply Chain
- Min 3 years working experience in order fufillment , order management , Letter of Credit
- Proficient knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Salesforce)
- Ability to understand and apply common shipping and marketing terminology (e.g.FOB, CIF, Ex-warehouse, DDU, D/A, D/P, TT etc) preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to execute import, export, cross-trade. re-export procedures and prepare related documentation
- Training given to candidate with no experience
