• responsible for improving the availability and reliability of our Infrastructure services. work with our System Engineering team to manage thousands of servers which serve our millions users, and push our service management to the next level.
• Ensure service availability and reliability by working with Developers and System Engineering team
• Promote and develop efficient automated operation and maintenance, management tools, and improve operation and maintenance efficiency by reducing operation cost
• Set up, configure, automate, and maintain services in Linux environment
• Write scripts, tools, services for service quality analysis, monitoring and operation
• Efficiently manage thousands of server instances
• Re-engineer and document processes
• Carefully assess and adopt new technologies and tools to improve efficiency

skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
• Good understanding of operating system principles, computer networks and other computer science fundamentals
• Familiar with Linux operating system principles and network layer protocols
• Familiar with Python and Golang, or at least one of the programming such as C++, C, Java, Perl, Php, Shell, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Innovative and passionate in process optimization, operation and maintenance development
• Meticulous, good time management and able to work under pressure
• Working experience in Linux environment is an added advantage
• Familiar with open source software and server hardware, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are added advantage
