about the job

  • Pro-active prospecting and acquisition of new customers, through the direct sales of the SME products such as Business Instalment Loans, Business Overdraft.
  • Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking and referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation
  • Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs set
