about the job
You will join the Research & Application Development team as a technical expert for Q-TOF products. As a trusted technical advisor, you will be conducting research projects to develop new applications on Q-TOF, and educating customers, distributors, and sales team on those applications in your demo lab. You will:

  • Develop new applications on Q-TOF, generating solutions and proven data to support customer demands in trend analyses
  • Prepare and publish application articles and reports to demonstrate the solutions and technical advantages in specific analysis fields
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to customers, in support of product promotion, marketing and sales
  • Conduct technical training to distributors and subsidiaries
  • Support customers through in-depth discussion and expertise consultancy on best solutions of specific analyses and methods
  • Keep current with scientific and technical developments



skills and experience required

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering
  • 3 years+ intensive hands-on experience with Q-TOF or other types of HR-MS
  • Knowledge in proteomics and/or metabolomics research
  • Capable to carry out research project with minimum supervision and write technical report and articles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
