• New Device & Process Development to meet customers' expectation
• Drive and Manage the Continuous Yield and Quality Improvements
• Design Of Experiments (DOE) improve Process Margin & SOP Set-up
• Collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments
• Work closely with customer process engineers on process related issue
• Able to perform Root Cause Analysis and Solution for Process problems/Issues
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports

skills & experience required

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering
• Min 3 years of experience as a process engineer in a lean manufacturing environment
• Well versed with Statistical process control & Continual improvement
• Strong knowledge and experience in all process integration & development
• Knowledge in Semiconductor/Solar cell and module processes will be a plus
• Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Island wide transportation)
