    about the job

    • Responsible for incoming and outgoing quality assurance activities
    • Develop, prepare, implement and maintain the QA/QA documents such as incoming materials work instruction, Order-to-Spec, Capillary and Wedge drawings
    • Formulate and implement project QA/QC checklist, inspection record formats and documentation
    • Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the company’s products and processes
    • Ensure all in-process parts are within specification during production
    • Liaise and co-ordinate with customers and vendors on quality issues
    • Vendor development and qualifications
    • Responsible for document control
    • Define 5S best practices/audits
    • Knowledge SPC1, SPC2, 7-QC Tools, 5-Why, 8D and FMEA, GR&R, Six Sigma

    skills & experience required

    • Degree / Diploma in engineering or equivalent
    • Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing environment
    • Experience managing supplier and conducting quality audit
