    I am exclusively representing one of the leading telecommunications conglomerates headquartered in Singapore and one of the largest mobile network operators and the leading player in digitalisation within the local landscape. As part of their expansion , they are seeking a Social Media Manager to spearhead and raise awareness of their products and services across all trendy social media platforms.

    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will includes

    • Serving as the subject matter expert for organizational”s social media strategies across major platforms such as tik tok, youtube , facebook
    • Working closely with senior management to manage social media calendar and to meet stipulated deadlines
    • Able to understand latest social media trends, market insights, and emerging platforms and analyze which platforms will suits best to a certain demographic etc and ensure content consistency across all platforms and output
    • You will be foster and reach out to influencers to obtain a greater community outreach and implement influencer strategy
    • Monitor feedbacks from organizational “s social media strategies , influencers output in a proactive manner rather than a reactive approach
    • To be proactive in understanding latest products and services and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Product , Marketing , Communications teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistently
    • Work with the marketing and creatives to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content.

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 5 years of experience in social media marketing and has familiarity with social media platforms and trends
    • Experience in handling social media management or as a community manager for brands
    • Able to analyze website traffic and customer engagement metrics for respective platforms and make continuous improvements
    • With good content writing skills and is able to present well ideas to relevant stakeholders
