Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimally 5 years of relevant working experience, with 2 years of experience in team management.
Experienced in vendor management and stakeholder management, with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor an application team consisting of both technical and functional professionals.
Capability to conceptualize business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Proficient in the design, development, implementation, integration, and user support of public-facing systems.
Experience in the following technical areas:

application & infrastructure security.
database design & implementation.
micro-services architecture.
java spring framework.
aws cloud
mobile application development is an advantage.
