About the job
Delivering technical guidance, strategizing, and designing the Global Portnet (GPN). This includes guiding the technical vision and structure, orchestrating the transition towards the intended technical framework, and crafting the software, technical, and infrastructure frameworks.
Close collaboration with product and project teams is essential to ensure a robust foundation and the successful global deployment of GPN products, utilizing a robust cloud-native architecture.
Ensuring that the PORTNET software architecture possesses the flexibility, configurability, and extensibility needed to fulfill both present and future business needs.
Ensuring that the technical architecture embraces a cloud-native structure and framework.
Collaborating with cross functional technical teams to ensure that solutions are deployed according to the established timelines and receive ongoing support post-delivery.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will proven experience as a software architect with a track record of implementing solutions at international sites or installations, with a minimum of four years in a leadership role within architecture, coupled with an additional four years of experience in delivering cloud-native projects
Exposure to DevOps (Azure cloud), Kafka, AngularJS will be of added advantage.
