about the job

You’ll be expected to manage the workflow and custom applications

• Design & develop workflow applications according to requirement define by end users
• Analyze and implement improvement opportunity to enhance the workflow systems in support of business strategy
• Second level functional support for users and investigate cause of failures
• Drive continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI
• Provide cross-functional leadership and vendor interaction to troubleshoot, analyze and develop solution for problem involving integrated systems
• Provide training to enable first line support equipped with appropriate knowledge/skill to provide frontline operation support for production
• Develop technical or training material as needed

skills and experience required

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent studies
• 3 years of relevant experience in low code automation with K2
• Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Process and project management
• Familiar in the development for Process Automation
• RPA Development will be a plus
