about the role

- Working with project managers to translate features into stories
- Working with front end developers to define APIs
- Architecting and leading large-scale backend development work
- Delegating logically segmented work to junior developers
- Reviewing and improve the technical abilities of junior Node.js developers

skills and experience required
- Experienced in server programming
- Proficient in Node.js and Javascript
- Knowledgeable in HTML and CSS
- Experienced in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis or MongoDB
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of REST
- Experienced in deploying applications to cloud services such as AWS or Azure
- Experienced in optimizing server performance
- Logical in thinking with natural problem-solving skills
