About the job
Reporting to the CEO, your role involves:
Ensuring the overall stability and scalability of company products.This includes Overseeing the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions.
Building the software engineering team. Leading Providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.
Ensuring optimal application of engineering resources in order to meet product development and consumer requirements and ensures the implementation of agile processes
Managing the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10+ years of experience in software development. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Software Engineering Manager / CTO / VP of engineering or equivalent.
Candidate who are hands on in software development who is willing to
roll up their sleeves will be highly preferred.
