As a Software QA Engineer, Your job responsibility involves:

• Participating in project teams for project implementation, leveraging your expertise in QA and testing.
• Leveraging your extensive domain knowledge in QA and testing to establish a robust foundation for delivering high-quality ICT systems for various agencies.
• Defining QA and Testing processes and practices, including Test Management, Defects Management, and Code Quality.
• Creating QA metrics, management tools, and formulating a test automation strategy across agencies.
• Selecting and organizing pertinent Testing Courses to enhance the skill set of professionals.
• Coaching IT Business Analysts and government agency end users on QA and testing procedures and test management tools.
• Assisting IT teams and end users within government agencies in adopting QA and testing best practices.
• Taking an active role in designated projects within government agencies.
• Advocating and steering product quality and Quality Engineering (QE) practices within both agile and waterfall project frameworks.
• Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the precise alignment of product development with quality standards.

Skills and Experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 3 years of working experience in a Software Quality Assurance/Software Quality Engineer role with at least 1 year of hands on working experience in test automation/automation testing in agile development environment.

Any exposure in integrating test automation into the continuous integration chain is advantageous to have.
