This role involves:
- Designing and planning roadmap for applications.
- Selecting the most architecturally sound combination of software to deliver to the business needs or to address business challenges/issues.
- Analysing the business technology needs and translating these needs into architecture requirements to ensure the business needs and requirements can be met by the architecture design.
- Evaluating and recommending the use of leading edge technologies by considering their practicality and criticality.
- Managing Customer and Vendor communication, give documented and clear requirements and review design proposals from vendors.
- Managing Stakeholders and Project Management expectations and through clear communication of system/solution capabilities and limitations and possible solutions.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have:
- At least 10 years of experience in IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in solution design, development, implementation of IT applications.
- Experience with Azure is necessary.
- Knowledge/Exposure to CI/CD practices is good to have.
