- Oversee daily order management and execute process and guidelines
- Define, lead and enhance strategies for service excellence
- Maintain excellence in service recovery, emphasising the prevention of recurring service problems
- Develop the team and review individual performances (growth planning, goal setting etc)
- Continuously refine the CS service excellence strategy
skills and experience required
- Min. 10 years of experience in B2B leadership in customer service operations
- Degree in Supply Chain/Business or any other relevant fields
- Passionate in customer excellence
- Prior experience in implementing supply chain digitalisation
- Willing to work around Penjuru area (nearest MRT : Jurong East / Clementi)
