    about the job

    As an integral member of the APAC Staffing Team, you will be responsible for curating the best teams for clients, projects as well as team development

    • Daily Business Partnering with the Consulting Team in APAC and Operations Senior Management to ensure resourcing decisions are in line with strategic goals
    • Collaborate with the management and build relationships with key internal stakeholders to facilitate partnerships
    • Building and monopolizing knowledge of clients, project requirements and team development as well as interests to engage resourcing decisions, in order to drive implementations
    • Management of commercial project planning - overruns, pricing of pipeline and insight to leadership of key drivers behind this
    • Be the main point of contact for APAC team for all staffing queries, which includes Project Alignment, timesheets, deployment tool, admin days, as well as leave requests
    • Maintaining project and allocation entry into Replicon (Current Staffing Tool) and allocations into new staffing tool
    • Propped the new ERP system in order to maintain compliance with timesheets, project information and commercials
    • Partner and work closely with the Europe/APAC Head of Staffing to maintain and control balance between the regions, which facilitates global staffing and utilization of bench resources
    • Contribute to building high performing cross functional teams and helping to support career development and employee retention
    • Implement DEI lens to overall staffing and experience management


    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Head of Staffing for Europe and APAC, you will be working closely with the business and operations management to ensure that workforce planning meets project team demands accordingly



    skills and experience required

    The successful candidate should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of resourcing/ staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in a Consulting or Professional Services firm. You should possess exemplary interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with respective stakeholders, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
