As an In-Store Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. You will be responsible for creating an environment where sales associates can focus on delivering exceptional customer service to maximize sales. You will need to work closely with sales associates and other team members to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
One of your key assignments will be to provide support for the store operations, which includes ensuring the efficiency and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor. This involves organizing the products in the stock room in accordance with the company’s guidelines, following daily placement of items for sales in line with articles available in stock. Another important responsibility is maintaining clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes. You will need to ensure that the store is well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations and security procedures. You will monitor supply management for package orders, stationery, staff uniforms, and store maintenance. Additionally, you will support the store management in the execution of administrative and back-office duties.

As a brand ambassador, represent the brand in a professional manner that builds on client experience and work closely with a team of sales associates to fulfill clients needs. This role would require you to work on rotational shifts.
skills and experience required
To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of luxury store experience and a diploma or college degree. You must also possess knowledge of stock organization, store operations, IT systems, company procedures, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
