This position entails overseeing Supply Chain operations, including daily interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role involves handling various priorities, ensuring timely completion of both internal and external deadlines, and proactively initiating process enhancement within the Healthcare and Life Science sector.
Key responsibilities
- Strategize and supervise inventory stock levels via the S&OP process
- Administer inventory within the ERP system, encompassing receipts, shipments, etc.
- Facilitate coordination of inventory movements between international and Singapore warehouses
- Supervise the inventory management process in Singapore, inclusive of enhancing procedures.
- Collaborate with local warehouses and carriers to ensure punctual product delivery to customers and entities within Singapore.
- Execute order release, picking, and shipping confirmation tasks within the ERP system; manage day-to-day shipping inquiries and challenges.
- Fulfill the role of the primary purchaser for both internal and external goods and services.
- Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for both inventory and non-inventory goods and services using the ERP system.
- Monitor the shipping performance of warehouses and carriers.
