Key responsibilities
- Work coverage for Supply Chain Coordinator who is supporting SAP rollout.
- Reporting to Director Base Chemicals Solutions
- Responsibilities includes handling bulk and container shipments, liaising and coordinating with suppliers and customers as well as shipping agents and inspection companies
- Supervising, revising, processing and executing documents such as Letter of Credit, Sales and Purchase contracts, vessel nominations, calculation of demurrages and other shipping and operational documents
- Monitor loading/discharge operations and updating shipments to the related personnel in a timely manner
- Operational support to other departments within Helm Asia from time to time
- End of contract incentive
skills & experience required

- Diploma or Degree holder (in any Majors)
- Operations and commercial experience is required, minimum 3 years
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Navision and SAP is an added plus
