- Implementation of all operation procedures within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Medical sector
- Customer service with all aspects: accounting, flow updates, and failure explanations
- Inspection and control over the preconditioning, and packaging processes conducted by the operations staff in the team
- Operate and monitor closely over inbound, outbound, and drop shipments
- Facilitate internal operation processes running smoothly
- Handle complaints, deviations, internal audit findings, and investigations
- Conduct regular inspection over subcontractors/agents’ invoices vs. price quotes,including invoices’ approval
skills & experience required
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant experiences with temperature control environment
- Solid experience in GDP certification and production of Pharmaceutical / Life Science will be a plus
