The business unit have recently seen a spike in their acquired projects and continue to take the industry by storm. Based in the heart of Singapore, they are now seeking for a well experienced Supply Chain champion to oversee its business process, projects and logistics in SEA

about the job
This role will see the incumbent apply process management best practices, to ensure that the goals of each
logistics / business project are delivered by facilitating the project team through the definition and
documentation of supply chain processes


In addition, he or she will also be accountable for the following:


60% of Project Managment



  • Facilitate cross-functional project teams to create supply chain process models

  • Work with business process owners for regulatory documentation, process improvement and change management

  • Ensure synergy in supply chain processes

  • Coordinate testing of the entire end to end process and ensure implementations are smooth carried out

  • provided or supported by technology

  • Develop training materials and roadmaps

  • Assist project managers with SC project planning, including the identification and estimation of supply

  • chain process activities

  • Document and track Project Issues


40% Logistics, Warehouse & Distribution



  • Establish and build regional relationship with 3PLs and Distributor partners

  • Implement and lead quarterly regional business review with 3PLs and Distributor partners

  • Track and report total actual spend versus budget for supply chain costs for cluster of countries

  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement in support of cost reduction

  • Be the focal point and regional contact for Supply Chain project implementation initiated by Global teams, global trade compliance and Audits related issues

  • Tabulate Annual Regional costs & savings

  • Review and update Regional Supply Chain SOPs with each revision so as to comply with local requirements

  • and to meet KPIs aligned with external SC service providers



about the manager/team
You will be in a Regional portfolio work with project stakeholders to identify skill gaps and cultural barriers that might detract implementation timeline likewise report into the Head of Supply Chain of APAC

skills and experience required



  • At least Bachelor’s degree on Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalant

  • At least 5 years Logistics / Supply Chain experience in a commerical environment

  • Exposure to medical/healthcare/pharmaceutical practices will be a plus

  • Experience leading/supporting processes with desire for simplification and standardization

  • Knowledge of international trade and logistics function

  • Strategic analytical skills & Good communication skills

  • Good decision making skills to select best solution for implementation

  • Knowledge of JDE or SAP system preferred

  • Harmonization skills with team members and other department
