    Our client is a reputable US MNC with a multi-billion revenue and takes pride in its employee development, culture and products they deliver. A forefront within the FMCG industry, they are constantly looking to keep their pulse on the market. As they look to expand their market share within the APAC region, they are currently looking for people to join the team as a Support Specialist.

    about the role

    Reporting to the APAC Support Lead, you will be the main contact person between the finance team and IT team with regards to Coupa's e-invoicing including the monthly system closing and generate management reporting packs, validating and ensuring the accuracy of the posting in the system, performing UAT testing for reconciliations and journals, maintaining the coding system and provide system related support to the business controlling team and driving process improvements.

    skills and experience required

    You should ideally be degree or diploma qualified in Accounting or have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in GL and AP functions within a shared services environment. You have hands-on experience with Coupa and SAP and are proficient with Excel. Previous experience in systems implementation would be advantageous. You are a problem solver and results-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively, dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced and diverse environment.
