1. Delivery for ISO20022PJ in the region and ensure deliveries are on time, within budget, and with the desired level of quality
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project risks, issues and take actions to reduce risk and solve the issues.

4. Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed-upon constraints.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to support the project's success.
6. Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including project governance frameworks.
skills and experience required
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in system development and IT project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry,especially for SWIFT.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Waterfall, and project governance frameworks.
