- Lead regional critical projects such as SWIFT ISO20022 technology enhancement implementation projects in Asia Pacific region as program manager
- Coordinate all processes to ensure that all tasks progress smoothly for users and developers /vendors, as well as for external parties
- Communicate and negotiate with Head Office, and guide management in Asia Pacific regions properly with strong leadership in an appropriate way to promote projects.
- Lead and train all staffs in the project team including vendor staff.
- Develop a plan of the other critical regional technology implementation projects
skills and experience required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in banking and familiar with banking systems infrastructure.
- Experience in the project management of system development
- Experience in the management of banking systems
- Experience and knowledge about IT budget planning and control including negotiation with relevant parties such as Head Office IT planning section is preferred/advantageous
