Lead regional critical projects such as SWIFT ISO20022 technology enhancement implementation projects in Asia Pacific region as program manager
Coordinate all processes to ensure that all tasks progress smoothly for users and developers /vendors, as well as for external parties
Communicate and negotiate with Head Office, and guide management in Asia Pacific regions properly with strong leadership in an appropriate way to promote projects.
Lead and train all staffs in the project team including vendor staff.
Develop a plan of the other critical regional technology implementation projects

skills and experience required

A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience in banking and familiar with banking systems infrastructure.
Experience in the project management of system development
Experience in the management of banking systems
Experience and knowledge about IT budget planning and control including negotiation with relevant parties such as Head Office IT planning section is preferred/advantageous
