about the job
- You will be supporting the Credit Operations team in going through the transition of ibor cessation changes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (borrowers, lenders, legal counsel & other parties) in all matters relating to amendment of loan documents in connection with ibor rates cessation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Assist or handle loan rollovers and other related loan lifecyle operational tasks for facilities subject to amendments for ibor.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree holder in Banking & Finance or related fields
- Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant banking experience
- Experience of syndicated loans practice &/or contractual documentation required
- Strong planning & organisational skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
