Our Client is an established logistics MNC. They have a well-established presence of more than 20 years with a global footprint of more than 10 countries. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for an Business Analyst / System Analyst, ERP to join their team.

About the job

Your role involves:

• Leading the ERP implementation across APAC. This includes Perform application system pilot testing before rolling out to Business User Testing
• Managing business process and documentation, ensuring that they adheres to compliance
• Gathering and analyzing user problems, troubleshooting and convey a solution either by resolving it at first contact or escalating it to the next level of support
• Working closely with business users in all change request which includes gathering change requirements, documenting system requirement definition, testing and implementation

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in ERP, Freight Management system / Transport Management System). Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders and project management will be added advantage

Industry background of logistics is required for this role.
