Our Client is a market leader in the SI / System Integrator industry. They have a strong track record of completing government projects within concrete timelines. They are currently hiring multiple permanent positions of System Analyst (Java, J2EE, Spring).


About the job

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will involve mainly:

• Gathering business requirements and translating them to specifications and functional designs
• Work as a part of the team to meet project targets
• Coordinating the deployment of the offshore team and supporting the environment and applications
• Provide hands-on advice and coaching to members of the project team
• Involve in trouble-shooting, optimizing and fine-tuning of the applications
• Create and update relevant documents on all executed changes in a timely manner
• Interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Assist in tender bidding / pre-sales activities wherever requires

Skills and experience required


As a successful applicant, you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 5 years of hands-on working experience in an SI/System Integrator environment
• Experience involved in government projects is highly advantageous
• Experience in managing an offshore team is preferred
• Experience of at least 1 SDLC end to end as a System Analyst or equivalent role
• Software development and technical knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (this is necessary to coordinate the deployment from the offshore team and to support the environment and applications)
• Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical people

• Experience mentoring project team members
