Job Description ...

Project lead in control design and software development.
Collaborate with various stakeholders on project requirements and timeline.
Technical lead in developing software function blocks for PLC, HMI and Robot program.
Provide team members with program development methodologies and architectural blueprints to follow.
Modularization and standardization of control circuit design.
Provide technical guidance to control team members.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members.
Monitor team performance and involve in appraisal process.
Continuous improvement on SOP for control team.
Ensure technical drawings and documents generated by team members comply to company ISO standards.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics Engineering or equivalent.
Strong technical background in various industrial communication protocols, PLC, and robot programming.
Proficient in Electrical design CAD software.
Excellent communication and leadership skill.
Project management skill will be an added advantage.
Traveling will be required during project implementation cycle.
