    Our client is a leader in the supply chain industry. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a Senior System Engineer to join their team.

    about the job

    • You will be responsible for manage the end users computing and support Data Center system operation
    • Maintenance of VMWare vSphere environment consisting of VMware ESXi server cluster and SAN storage
    • Responsible for technical support to end-users’ desktop/laptop on Windows OS
    • Working with internal staffs and external vendors, ensuring external SLA has been met
    • Handling asset management and procurement of hardware, software, and services
    • Implement IT infrastructure projects

    skills and experience requirements

    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in System and server maintenance, end users computing (Laptop/Desktop) support and Office 365 support and management
    • Experience in AD, policy configurations for end user computing including providing remote support to end users
    • Experience on tools like Anti-virus, SCCM, bitlocker will be a plus
    • Exposure to Cloud/AWS/Azure will be of added advantage.
