about the job

• Oversee/monitor the maintenance and assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migration and deployments of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, servers, networks, storage and facility/equipment used within data center).
• Monitor and ensure that all firmware(s) and other 3rd Party patches are updated for all devices and devices are not end-of-support (EOS)/end-of-life (EOL).
• Reviewing Change Management process/procedures are adhered by Managed Services Team / service providers to ensure that changes to IT systems are assessed/analyzed and approved before implementation

skills and experience required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
