about the Job
As a pivotal member of the team, you will lead and execute enhancements to AML systems, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless integration into production environments. Your role will involve providing reliable Level 3 support, managing audit and security findings, and overseeing System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases. You will play a critical role in identifying and escalating potential delivery issues, proposing practical solutions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in delivering AML system enhancements within the banking industry.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and configuring/developing with the Netreveal AML application.
- Strong background in leading design workshops and gathering requirements for projects and defect resolution.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix.
- Demonstrated awareness of application design and operational impacts.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define functional specifications and manage project scope.
- Experience in working with vendors and internal teams, and coordinating deployment activities in a DevOps environment.
