about the job
You'll be undertaking the role of a Director of Talent Acquisition, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Defining the company's needs for talents globally across several locations and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - create organizational designs, analyse gaps and put in place suitable policies to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Design and operate all recruitment related processes - hiring plans, prioritizing open positions, drafting job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, offer management, onboarding process etc.
  • Understand business complexities and implement robust sourcing strategies for niche roles.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities, managing variety of platforms to extend outreach to potential candidates.
  • Measure and manage key recruitment metrics - time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance per hire, candidate experience etc.


about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the CEO and be managing a team of 10 - TA managers and recruiters.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified with preferable qualifications in HRM or any related field of studies and demonstrate at least 15 years of experience in the TA function. Candidates who have experience working in an unicorn valley start up organization are highly encouraged to apply as well and you should have inhouse recruitment experience. You will be someone who is able to work well in a high performance culture and known for your excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders. You will have the ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast paced environment. You should also have experience reporting into the business and have managed a large team. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork and able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
