This is a newly created role who will report into the TA Manager based in Singapore. Working closely with the stakeholders located in the region, you will:
- Support end to end recruitment from sourcing, screening and interview
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements and feedback
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the company
- Partner effectively with external search agencies, job boards, universities, and/or other relevant organisations to support other channels of recruitment
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding related matters including work pass application/renewal and orientation
- Provide other HR administrative support as required
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience for engineering and technical roles, mix of in-house and external agency experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
