This is a newly created role who will report into the TA Manager based in Singapore. Working closely with the stakeholders located in the region, you will:

Support end to end recruitment from sourcing, screening and interview
Work closely with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements and feedback
Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the company
Partner effectively with external search agencies, job boards, universities, and/or other relevant organisations to support other channels of recruitment
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding related matters including work pass application/renewal and orientation
Provide other HR administrative support as required

skills and experience required

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience for engineering and technical roles, mix of in-house and external agency experience
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Independent and self-motivated
Collaborative and a team player
