Headquarted in Singapore, my client has built up a strong branding and presence over the last 10 years. They have grown and expanded massively across the SEA region and has successfully designed and published online content that is no stranger to all. With plans to further expand their business, they are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (SEA) to join the team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Talent Acquisition Associate, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Partner closely with division heads and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advices on process improvements.
  • Actively make use of innovative sourcing channels to search for top tier candidates in the SEA region to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage end to end recruitment function - from screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding etc.
  • Incharge of hiring for a diverse range of roles - Operations, Technical, Corporate, Sales etc.
  • Manage all recruitment channels and vendors.
  • Look at employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities (management associate programs).


about the manager/team
You will be managing into the HR Manager and be working in a team of 3.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience preferably in the TA function. You should have a degree from a well regarded university with excellent credentials. You should possess the experiences in the full spectrum of TA function and be willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with stakeholders across all levels. You will have good knowledge and understanding of the different recruitment trends and metrics. Besides the mentioned, you should be someone who is able to work well in a fast paced environment and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Since they are considered as a startup, there are certain processes that can be quite vague and it would be great if you have done process improvements.
