We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment in our Singapore & Malaysia offices on a 12 month contract due to growth and expansion.

  • Screen resumes and conduct reference checks
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Prepare job offer letters
  • Assist with on-boarding new hires
  • Organise candidate data in our internal database

about the manager/team
Reporting into the HR Business Partner SG & MY and part of the regional HR team

skills and experience required
We are looking for driven individuals with strong interpersonal skills. Being able to manage multiple projects in an organised and meticulous manner is also required for this role. Ideally we are looking for someone with 1 years + experience in a TA coordinator position however we will consider fresh graduates with internship experience.
