about the job

Seated in Singapore with solid reporting line to the HRVP and dotted to the Head of TA (seated overseas), they are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Director for the Asia Pacific including Japan region to join the team. You will be business partnering senior stakeholders to drive initiatives and best practices for the region and will require you to be driving end to end TA strategies and projects. You will also be responsible for employer branding and to also identify and manage your search partners for the region. You are expected to manage a huge team, both locally and remotely and will be required to drive their performance to further success.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, in an in-house environment. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels. You must have experience on a regional portfolio and be experienced in managing a team.
