They are currently expanding and looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

about the job

Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Being accountable for the end to end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, focusing on senior level positions
  • Partner closely with business leaders in identifying hiring requirements and understanding workforce needs
  • Develop innovative sourcing methods and recruitment channels to identify suitable candidates
  • Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages that are competitive to market trends
  • Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition initiatives
  • Pushing talent acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
  • Analyse current recruitment methods and put in place improvement plans and align the recruitment function
  • Develop employer branding initiatives and graduate recruitment programmes.

about the team/manager

You will be reporting into the HR Director.

skills and experiences required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. You will be highly familiar with the end to end Recruitment process and have good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. You should possess high level of energy and passion to continue to grow the regional business. You will be someone who is confident with excellent communication skills to partner closely with business stakeholders.
