About the company

One of the pioneers in their field and a global technology leader, my client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their HR team. This is a newly created position.

About the role

Are you looking for regional exposure? This role will support recruitment for the SEA subsidiaries. You will be responsible for improving the recruitment processes in Singapore and rolling out new recruitment policies and processes in the SEA region.

Apart from that, you will also handle:

  • Full spectrum of recruitment – source, screen, shortlist and interview
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment demands
  • Manage and build talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Lead recruitment events
  • Develop internship programme
  • Onboarding and new hire orientations
  • Compile and analyse monthly headcount reporting
  • Manage job offer process and internals salary benchmarking

About you

You have a relevant degree (Banking, HR or Business Admin) with at least 4 years of recruitment experience in an MNC environment. You have good time management skill, is driven and meticulous. You are also able to multi-task and is diligent. You are someone who is proactive and a creative problem solver.
