They have exciting plans to transform their business and with commitments to establish a strong HR structure, they are inviting a Talent Acquisition Lead to be part of their team.


about the job

You will lead a team of 2 to drive and support hiring plans of the business. You will be required to drive both strategic Talent Acquisition practices as well as be hands on and get involved in the day to day recruitment. You are required to be a subject matter expert of the Talent Acquisition function and will work closely with business stakeholders on their hirings, as well as to drive and initiate talent pipelining.


skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition. You should have experience in driving Talent Acquisition strategies as well as a proven track record in filling roles at all levels. You should also be an effective communicator with the ability to engage and communicate at all levels.
