About the company

My client is an established organization within the IT Tech industry. They have built up a strong presence for themselves and provide strong expertise to clients across a wide range of industries. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director based in Singapore, you will be responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition responsibilities. You will identify and source candidates through various channels and represent the business in career fairs and industry events. You will also oversee HR recruitment admin support on onboarding and employee lifecycle. You will be undertaking the role of a TA Partner, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • End to end recruitment process and using various platforms for talent pipelining for roles within the IT function.
  • Oversee HR Operations such as preparation of employment contracts and onboarding/employee lifecycle.
  • Work closely with regional team on improving current processes and implementing new strategies for the business.



Skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in human resource management or related field of studies and possess at least 5 years of Recruitment experience. Agency recruiters are encouraged to apply for this role as well. It would be ideal if you have had experience working in IT industry. You should be someone who is hands on, proactive and driven. Besides the mentioned, you should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
