about the job

Seated in Singapore and reporting to the HR Director, they are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager APAC to join the team. You will be business partnering senior stakeholders to drive initiatives and best practices for the region. You will also be involved in the Talent Acquisition operations for senior management roles and work closely with the different COEs. You are expected to manage a team of 9, with remote reporting across the region.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, either in an agency or in-house environment. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels. You must have experience on a regional portfolio and be experienced in managing a team.
