about the Company

We are representing an established firm in the Biotechnology space with high professionalism and innovation. They are a well established business and have exciting plans to grow and further expand their business. Over the past years, they have constantly invested in developing new strategies and processes for their business and are not looking to take a halt on their expansion plans. In this partnership with us, they are inviting an Assistant HR Manager to join their team.

about the job

Reporting to the VP of HR, you will be part of a team of 4 and will play a vital role in in Talent Acquisition responsibilities. You will be responsible to identify top talent for the business and to perform talent pipe-lining for potential hires. You are required to interact and partner external vendors to identify and drive better processes for the business. You will be focusing on a country portfolio and will work with business leaders to fulfil talent identification and support any relevant hiring needs.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with the full suite of HR operations, specifically in recruiting and performing talent acquisition responsibilities.. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
