about the job

As a TA Manager, you will lead the SG TA team and play a key role to attract and recruit the best talent for the organization. You will be responsible for managing the team’s recruiting activities in ensuring consistently successful hiring outcomes, focusing and leading on sourcing effectiveness, recruiter capability and stakeholder engagement. Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead and coach the TA team to put in place the best practices of recruitment cycle/activities
  • Upskill the current team and look into expanding the existing TA team in SG and SEA region
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and partnering with HR to identify opportunities to upskill the Talent Acquisition team to evolve the service from transactional to trusted advisor status
  • Accountable for effective development and utilization of recruitment marketing and branding materials aligned to business priorities and talent challenges
  • Drive the TA team in consistently providing advisory services to Hiring Managers to influence the right sourcing strategies
  • End to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing to offer stages
  • Reviews and assesses talent making recommendations to the business
  • Develops networks and knowledge within specialist areas across all corporate and business functions
  • Develops the recruitment strategy with excellent sourcing skills to leverage on various platforms to identify the right talent for niche roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to provide recruitment advisory
  • Leverage on data analysis to assist the Hiring Manager throughout the recruitment process by providing fact-based decision making and the assessment of talents
  • Partner closely with the shared services team to thoroughly brief and coordinate appropriate levels of talent identification and candidate sourcing support
  • Familiar with Tafep guidelines to ensure compliance is met throughout the recruitment process

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified with preferable qualifications in related fields of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity. Experience within the services industry handling bulk recruitment is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
