My client has grown and expanded massively and is one of the largest fintech organizations across the region. They have raised excellent funding over the years and have plans to further expand. They provide a range of online payment services and aims to provide users a user friendly platform. They are currently looking for a TA Manager to join the team. about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a TA Manager. Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment processes, pipelining of relevant talent and talent mapping across the APAC region.
  • Lead regional TA process optimisation and transformation from strategy to execution.
  • Review and put in place initiatives that supports business growth, improve recruitment metrics, promote organization's branding.
  • Provide strategic advices to business stakeholders on projects implementation and process improvements.
  • Management of employer branding activities, social media presence and channels. Constantly introducing, testing and implementing new HR technologies to maximise process efficiency, leverage automation and provide world-class candidate experience.


skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified with preferable qualifications in HRM or any related field of studies and demonstrate at least 7 years of experience within the Talent Acquisition function. Candidates who has experience working in a Tech start up are highly encouraged to apply. As you would be partnering with Chinese stakeholders, it would be ideal if you are able to converse and read in Mandarin. Besides, you would be someone who has experience recruiting for a diverse range of technical positions. You will also be someone who is able to work well in a high performance culture and known for your excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.
