about the job

As a TA partner, you will play a key role to attract and recruit the best talent for the organization. You will be responsible for providing high-value recruitment support to all hiring managers, championing the company’s brand mission and ensuring the delivery of providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Developing deep relationships with the business understanding their talent needs and business objectives
  • End to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing to offer stages
  • Reviews and assesses talent making recommendations to the business
  • Develops networks and knowledge within specialist areas across all corporate and business functions
  • Develops the recruitment strategy with excellent sourcing skills to leverage on various platforms to identify the right talent for niche roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to provide recruitment advisory
  • Leverage on data analysis to assist the Hiring Manager throughout the recruitment process by providing fact-based decision making and the assessment of talents
  • Partner closely with the shared services team to thoroughly brief and coordinate appropriate levels of talent identification and candidate sourcing support
  • Familiar with Tafep guidelines to ensure compliance is met throughout the recruitment process

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified with preferable qualifications in related fields of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity. Experience within the services industry handling bulk recruitment is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
